抓住「內心」就如同某個東西
跟風一起飛走時卻抓住風一般。
抓住那個東西則如同抓住「身體」。
To grab hold of ‘the heart’ is like to grab hold of the wind when something is flying away with the wind. Catching that object is like catching ‘the body.’
